Statewide Drilling placed the new pump and motor today, but we hit a speed bump. There was a ground fault in the wiring harness at about 145 feet down. The new pump and motor are fine. 
Monday Statewide will be back to pull it out and either repair or replace the harness as needed and try again. 
The good news, the TWSD field crews worked today to manipulate the water tank levels in all areas, so we should be covered for now.
Fortunately, the Golf Course well is able to keep up with our needs due to all your conservation efforts. 
Wendy says we are blessed this happened now instead of the middle summer when there's a lot more people residing here and the demand is much higher. 
And thank all of you who are reporting leaks and outages as soon as possible. That allows us to make repairs quickly and conserves water.
