Service Update – Saturday March 14, 2026 (7:41 PM) - Revised
Good evening, Timberon neighbors,
We wanted to provide a quick update on today’s water work:
• We had to replace 45 feet of pipe on Cedar and crews have made progress restoring service.
• Water should be back on for most customers shortly, though it may take some additional time for the lines to fully pressurize and fill—please be patient as the system stabilizes.
Unfortunately, we were unable to address all the reported issues today. There are currently 5 separate leaks on Edgewood that still need repair.
Our team will resume work on those leaks first thing tomorrow morning. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this process—thank you for bearing with us as we work to get everything fully resolved.
