The Timberon Water & Sanitation District and the Timberon Volunteer Fire Department maintain the Slash Pits for the disposal of green woody materials.
Slash is defined as vegetation waste. Limbs, needles, pine cones, and small logs are the only items acceptable for disposal in the slash pit. No lumber, trash, liquids, furniture, paints, plastics, etc.
The slash pit is located off of Eldorado Dr. Take Riverside to Torrey Pines, and a right turn on Eldorado. Signs are posted at the entrance to the slash pits.
Timberon Water & Sanitation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
