The annual Facilities & Services bill was mailed out during the last few weeks of October 2016. For an explanation of the Facilities & Services charges, please review this letter mailed during July of 2012 to all Timberon property owners.

TWSD Board of Directors Regular Meeting

All regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held at 10:00 am in the Timberon Community Center on the third Saturday of each month. Work Sessions will normally be held on the Tuesday prior to a regular monthly Board Meeting at 6:00 pm.

The Timberon Water & Sanitation District (TWSD) was founded in 1992, as a New Mexico government entity. The TWSD provides and maintains city water, waste removal, road maintenance, the cemetery, a community golf course, a community swimming pool, and other recreational facilities for the citizens of Timberon New Mexico. The TWSD offices are located inside the Timberon Lodge at 1 Bobwhite Circle. The TWSD employs about 15 people, is overseen by an elected Board of Directors and is actively involved in the Timberon community.
