Public Notices Violation | Monthly Reporting Requirements Not Being Met By Timberon WSD
Our water system recently violated a drinking water regulation. Although this is not an emergency, as our customers, you have a right to know what happened, what you should do, and what we are doing to correct this situation.
We are required to submit turbidity data and disinfection data to the State on a monthly basis. This must be overseen by a Level 4 Water Operator. This requirement was not met for the month of Jan. 2021
Timberon Water & Sanitation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Timberon Water & Sanitation District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
